AI-native EngineeringBuild → Scale

We use AI across the engineering lifecycle, from specification and implementation to testing, review and documentation, supported by reusable Zeyt patterns and assets. The result is a delivery model that produces production software with less coordination overhead, while keeping quality, traceability and engineering ownership explicit.

Why it matters

AI changes the economics of software delivery.

Traditional software delivery assumes that producing specifications, code, tests, reviews and documentation requires different people moving work through a sequence of hand-offs. AI compresses much of that work, but speed alone is not enough in a regulated environment.

The engineering model has to change with it. Specifications need to be explicit, AI-generated work needs independent verification, tests and evaluations need to run continuously, and every important change needs to remain understandable to the engineers who own the system.

The delivery model

Work starts with an explicit specification: expected behaviour, interfaces, constraints, acceptance criteria and the decisions the system is allowed to make. Engineers use AI to implement against that specification, while automated tests, evaluations and review loops verify the result continuously.

We work inside your repositories, pipelines, architecture and release process. Reusable Zeyt assets, such as agent patterns, evaluation harnesses, integration adapters, delivery workflows and engineering conventions, reduce the amount that needs to be designed from scratch.

The same model applies to modernisation. Existing components are specified, covered with tests and replaced incrementally, with each change production-ready before the next begins. Documentation, architectural decisions and runbooks evolve with the code rather than being reconstructed at handover.

Your engineers remain part of the system. The tooling, specifications and delivery practices stay visible and usable, so the capability can continue inside your organisation after Zeyt steps back.

What you get

Production software with the delivery system behind it.

Working software shipped through your environment, together with the specifications, evaluations, tests, documentation and engineering patterns required to understand, operate and continue changing it.

/01

Production-grade software

Built inside your architecture and shipped through your release process, with automated tests, evaluations, reviews and documentation as part of the implementation.

/02

Incremental modernisation

Existing components can be understood, specified and replaced one at a time, allowing the surrounding system to keep operating while the architecture evolves.

/03

An engineering system your team can continue

Specifications, evaluation methods, reusable patterns, tooling and review practices remain with your engineers rather than disappearing with the delivery team.
