AI Workflow AutomationBuild

We build the workflows that move work across agents, models, APIs, existing systems and people. Intake, extraction, checks, decisions, approvals, updates and follow-up become one orchestrated flow, with human involvement where judgement or approval is required.

Where the time goes

Most process time is lost between decisions.

A case is opened, checked, forwarded, re-keyed, enriched and then waits for the next person or system. Individual activities may only take minutes, while the hand-offs between them stretch the process across hours or days.

AI workflow automation removes that dead time. Agents and systems continue the work between human decisions, while exceptions, approvals and judgement are routed to the right person with the relevant context already assembled.

How we build it

We start from the target process and map what has to happen from input to outcome: systems involved, information required, business rules, agent actions, human decisions, exceptions and failure paths.

We then build the orchestration layer that connects models, APIs and existing applications. Each step produces the information the next step needs, state is preserved across the workflow, and actions are executed in the systems of record rather than in a parallel AI layer.

Human decisions are designed into the flow. Approvals and exceptions reach the right person with the context, evidence and recommended next action attached. Once resolved, the workflow continues without restarting the case manually.

In production, every run is observable: what happened, which model or rule was used, where the workflow failed or escalated, how long it took and what outcome it produced.

What you get

Work that keeps moving across systems.

A production workflow that coordinates agents, models, existing applications and human decisions as one process, with clear ownership, exception handling and operational visibility.

/01

Orchestrated production workflow

Agents, APIs, business logic and existing systems connected into one executable flow, with state, retries and failure handling built in.

/02

Human decisions in the flow

Approvals, exceptions and judgement routed to the right person with the context and evidence required to act, after which the process continues automatically.

/03

Observable performance

Execution, errors, escalations, cycle time and outcomes measured from the first production run, giving the team a basis for improving the workflow over time.
